As a certified nutritionist and behavioral change specialist, I work 1-on-1 with women over 40 who are ready to break free from all-or-nothing thinking and build sustainable habits that support long-term health—without sacrificing real life.
My Approach
This isn’t about cutting out food groups or punishing yourself with workouts. It’s about creating a flexible structure with just enough strategy and accountability to help you reach your goals. We might use tools like meal planning, calorie awareness, or strength training guidance—but always in a way that fits your life and supports your body’s needs.
How It Works
You can choose the option that fits you best:
- Single 1:1 Session – $125
Book as needed for personalized support, guidance, or troubleshooting around nutrition, fitness, mindset, and more. - 6-Session Package – $600
Save when you commit to six sessions up front! Ideal for those ready to dive in and build momentum. Sessions will be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
Each 45-minute session is held virtually via Zoom, and fully tailored to your needs and goals.
The goals and objectives of these sessions is to:
- Build a balanced, personalized plan for nutrition and movement
- Identify the habits that are holding you back—and replacing them with ones that work
- Strengthen your mindset and body confidence
- Improve your relationship with food (without restriction or guilt)
- Create a routine that supports your health goals while still giving you freedom

Location & Access
While I’m based in West Chester, PA and can work with local clients in person, most of my sessions are held virtually over Zoom—so you can work with me from anywhere.
