I get it. Because I was a chronic dieter who struggled with disordered eating too. I used to think I was being so healthy by micromanaging all my food in MyFitnessPal. Whether it was under-eating or carb cycling, I was limiting the types of food I’d allow myself to eat. And turning exercise into a way to earn calories.

But then I realized I was making my life a lot harder—and unhealthier. I wasn’t put on this earth to spend time, energy and money on trying to lose weight. Or fit into a smaller clothing size. I was put here for a much larger purpose! But my disordered eating was getting in my way and holding me back from reaching my true potential.

Once I got the one-on-one help I needed to become an intuitive eater, I was able to reclaim my confidence and self-trust to start focusing on my life’s purpose. There was no longer space in my life for restriction, self-denial or guilt. Now I use my nutrition and fitness certifications to help women (like you!) build trust with their God-given intuition so they can live a capable, confident and diet-free life too.
